365 Project - Week Thirty-Three

Week thirty-three...This was a week when I had no time to take pictures because I was running around Christmas shopping and working on craft projects like crazy.  I ended up having to take pictures as I was running around.  I think a couple of the pictures came out okay.  I like Day 227 and Day 230.

Day 225
I saw this a couple of weeks ago at the exact time I needed to read those words.  I took a picture of it, but I really wanted it in my project, too, so I went back on Saturday while I was downtown to take a picture of it again.

Day 226
This is a tree in my parents' yard.  It looked like it was glowing while the sun was setting.  Very pretty!

Day 227
I decided to try to get a good closeup of the red tree.  It looks like a completely different shade of red!

Day 228
I love it when the birds all sit together on the wires like this.  It's so cute.  I imagine them sitting up there laughing at all of us while we sit miserably in traffic wishing we could be outside having fun like them.  I guarantee you they are having a lot more fun than we are.  But, I have awesome music in my car!  :-)

Day 229
Wednesday was one of those days where I had more things to do than hours to do them.  So, when it was starting to get dark and I hadn't taken a picture I pretty much took a picture of the first not totally ugly thing I saw.  It's not a good picture, but it's a picture so it counts!  ;-)

Day 230
I decided to take some pictures of Downtown Austin at night on Thursday.  Only two pictures came out halfway decent.  This was the best.  I think I need to get a tripod or something for night pictures.  Every little movement shows up at night with my little camera.

Day 231
I feel like I haven't taken very many Christmas pictures this year.  This month has just gone by so fast!  I haven't even had a chance to go anywhere.  So, today I decided to try to get into the Christmas spirit by taking a picture of a poinsettia.

Since I've been taking so many pictures with my Hipstamatic lately, I'm considering starting a completely Hipstamatic 365 Project in January.  I think it would be a little bit easier to do than taking pictures with my regular camera because even the simplest things look amazing with Hipstamatic.  My current project won't be over until May 1st.  I think I'm losing my mind.  What do you think?  Should I do it?
