365 Project - Week Twenty-Three

I have had a crazy stressful few weeks so it has been almost impossible to get pictures.  I haven't had a very good variety of pictures because of my lack of time.  The craziness should be over after this weekend so hopefully I'll have time to actually go to new places and take pictures.  I can't wait for it all to be over!!!  :-)

Anyway, here is week twenty-three!

Day 155

My mom and I went for a short walk in Stagecoach Park Saturday so I could take pictures for my project.  We saw these awesome bumble bees on these pretty purple flowers so I took a few pictures.  These were my favorite pictures from the whole outing.  :-)

Day 156

I wasn't feeling too good on Sunday.  I felt like I was getting sick.  So, for my picture I went out into the front yard and took a picture of these lovely daisies. 

Day 157

 It's another front yard picture.  It was another crazy day so I had to take my picture fast.  Hopefully next week when things slow down I'll have more time to actually go somewhere and take pictures.  :-)

Day 158

 I saw this amazing bird sitting on top of a tree when I went for a walk on my lunch break Tuesday.  I tried to walk around and get a picture from the front but it flew away before I could.  I still like it.  :-)

Day 159

 I needed a little break from thinking about work Wednesday so I went for another walk on my lunch break.  I just turned on my iPod and walked around taking pictures.  This was one of my favorites!  I aimed my camera below the tall grass and shot up toward the sky.  I love the way the sun reflects off of the grass.

Day 160

It's not the best quality picture but it is a really beautiful butterfly!

Day 161

I finally got a good butterfly picture!  I liked the picture I got on Thursday but this one is so much better.  I had to zoom so much on the other one that the quality of the photo wasn't very good.  This butterfly was very nice and let me get really close.  It wouldn't open it's wings for me but this is pretty wonderful so I'm happy!  I saw one or two on the other end of the trail but they wouldn't land anywhere long enough for me to get a good picture.  I walked down a little bit further and there were four or five butterflies like this flying around together.  They stayed in one place longer and let me get pretty close!  I was so excited!
